A complaint alleging a suspected violation of the ABCP Ethical Standards may be filed by a CCP or by any other person with knowledge and evidence of facts which, if true, would establish a violation of one or more of the Ethical Standards by an individual. A complaint should be in writing, accompanied by all documentary or other evidence regarding the alleged violation and submitted to the ABCP using the form below or you may email us at info@abcp.org. Anonymous reports will be accepted and processed to the extent possible. In the event the identity of the person filing the complaint is integral to fully investigating the matter, the ABCP will protect and redact identifying information to the furthest extent possible.
A complaint must contain a detailed description of the conduct alleged to be unethical, together with the specific Ethical Standard(s) which are alleged to have been violated. A complaint must be submitted within one (1) month of the complainant becoming aware of the alleged unethical conduct and in no event later than six (6) months following the conclusion of the alleged unethical conduct. A specific complaint may only be submitted once and may not be re-filed.
