Bradley T. Kulat, CCP
President

Bradley Kulat, BA, CCP, LP, currently serves as the ABCP President. Kulat earned a B.A. from University of Illinois and a Certificate of Perfusion from Loyola University. He attended perfusion school at Loyola University Medical Center and has been a CCP since 1990. Kulat resides in Illinois and is employed by Ann and Robert Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Ann Guercio, MBA, CCP, LP, currently serves as the ABCP Vice-President. Guercio earned a B.S. from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, a B.S. in Perfusion Technology and an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix. She attended perfusion school at Texas Heart Institute and has been a CCP since 1986. Guercio resides in Texas and is employed by Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital.

Treasurer

David Boyne, CCP, LP, FPP, currently serves as the ABCP Treasurer. Boyne earned a B.S. in Perfusion Technology from St. Louis University and a B.S. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He has been a CCP since 1994. Boyne resides in Texas and is employed by Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Emily Saulitis Collins, MHA, CCP, currently serves as the ABCP Secretary. Collins earned a B.S. in Perfusion from The Ohio State University and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University. She has been a CCP since 2005. Collins currently resides in West Virginia and is a Clinical Manager with SpecialtyCare.

Tyler Kelting, CCP

Tyler Kelting, BS, CCP, earned a B.S. from Emory & Henry College and a B.S. from SUNY Upstate Medical University. He attended perfusion school at SUNY Upstate Medical University and has been a CCP since 2012. Kelting resides in Maine and is Director of Perfusion Services at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

William Riley, MS, CCP, LP, earned a B.A. from Assumption College and an M.S. from Northeastern University. He attended perfusion school at Northeastern University and has been a CCP since 2000. Riley resides in Massachusetts and is Director of Perfusion Services at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Carol Ann Rosenberg, MBA, CCP, LP, earned a B.A. from Temple University, an M.B.A. from Ashworth University and a Certificate of Perfusion from Cooper Hospital. She has been a CCP since 1997. Rosenberg resides in Virginia and is employed by the University of Virginia Health System.

Executive Co-Director

Beth Richmond, PhD, has served as Executive Co-Director of the ABCP since 1980. Richmond earned B.A., M.Ed. and Advanced M.Ed. degrees from the University of Mississippi and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has served on the faculty at Northwestern Louisiana University, William Carey University and the University of Southern Mississippi, specializing in curriculum development, assessment and program accreditation. She resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.


Stephen E. Oshrin
Stephen E. Oshrin, PhD
Executive Co-Director

Stephen Oshrin, PhD, CCC-A, has served as the Executive Co-Director of the ABCP since 2009. He has expertise in test development, professional ethics, accreditation standards and statistics. Steve has a B.A. degree from the State University of New York and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Ohio University. He also serves as a Professor of Audiology at the University of Southern Mississippi.


Casey Turnage
Casey C. Prestwood, PhD
Associate Executive Director

Casey Prestwood, PhD, has served as the Associate Executive Director of the ABCP since 2009. She earned B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi. Prestwood has served as the Associate Registrar and Director for Teacher Education Accreditation, specializing in student records, program implementations, assessment and accreditation at the University of Southern Mississippi. She serves as Assistant Commissioner for Policy and Strategic Initiatives at the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning. Prestwood resides in Brandon, Mississippi.

Pat Kirkland
Pat Kirkland

Pat Kirkland has worked for the National Office since 1994. She is the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to Drs. Richmond and Oshrin. Pat attended Pacific Business College in Portland, Oregon, majoring in Secretarial Science and Accounting. Pat resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.


Angela Emmons
Angela Emmons

Angela Emmons has worked for the National Office since June of 2018. She serves as an Office Assistant handling verification, processing recertification reports, and filing. Angela graduated from William Carey University in 1995 with a B.S. degree in Psychology. After graduation, she worked for Pine Belt Mental Healthcare for four years. For the past twenty years, she has experience working in the field of education. Angela resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Kathy McNair

Kathy McNair has worked for the National Office since April 2016. As Receptionist/Secretary, she is a recertification specialist. Kathy graduated from Hattiesburg's Antonelli College in 2002 with an associate degree in Office Technology. Kathy resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.


Cassidy Sahuque
Cassidy Sahuque

Cassidy Sahuque began working for the National Office in October 2020. She serves as an Office Assistant processing examination applications, recertification reports, and verification data. Cassidy graduated from William Carey University in 2017 with a B. S. in Business Administration. She resides in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
